Ivan Minev
Graduated in law in 2010 from South-West University “Neofit Rilski” in Blagoevgrad. Admitted to the Haskovo Bar Association in 2012, with over 14 years of practice as an attorney. He served as a municipal councillor in the Haskovo Municipal Council from 2015 to 2024, and from 2019 as chairman of its legal committee, the Committee on Public Order and Legality. Member of the 50th and 51st National Assembly (2024 – 2026) for the 29th constituency – Haskovo, and in the 51st National Assembly Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Constitutional and Legal Affairs. He works in civil, commercial, corporate, property, administrative and criminal law, as well as environmental law. He speaks and writes Bulgarian, English and French.
Outside the law, he is an entrepreneur in waste management and recycling.
In his free time he is a pilot and devotes much of it to aviation – for years he has worked to revive Uzundzhovo airfield near Haskovo. He is also a fan of motor and extreme sports – off-road buggy trips and foil surfing. Father of two.
Aleksandra Aleksieva
Graduated in law in 2010 from South-West University “Neofit Rilski” in Blagoevgrad. Admitted to the Haskovo Bar Association in 2012, with over 14 years of practice as an attorney. She works in the law of obligations, property, commercial, family, inheritance and tax law. She speaks and writes Bulgarian and English.
Outside the law, she had a sporting career in tennis as a member of the Bulgarian national tennis team; she is a first-category chair umpire of the Bulgarian Tennis Federation and an international white badge chair umpire (ITF Officiating). Mother of two.
Yana Serafimova
Graduated in law in 2013 from Plovdiv University “Paisii Hilendarski”. Admitted to the Haskovo Bar Association in 2016, with 10 years of practice as an attorney. She specialises in property law, the law of obligations and commercial law. She speaks and writes Bulgarian and English.
