In 2012 he was registered as a lawyer in the Bar Association - Haskovo. He has over 10 years of experience as a lawyer. At present he is a member of the Disciplinary Court of the Bar Association - Haskovo for a second term. Adv. Minev is a municipal councillor in the Municipal Council - Haskovo from 2015 to the present moment, and since 2019 he is the chairman of the legal committee - committee on public order and legality. He works in the field of Civil Law, Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Property Law, Administrative Law and Criminal Law, as well as in Environmental Law.
