The law office was founded in 2012 by Ivan Minev and Aleksandra Aleksieva, attorneys at law. Yana Serafimova joined the team in 2016. In 2022 the law firm “Minev, Aleksieva & Serafimova” was registered.
How we work
We don’t just win cases, we solve problems. Winning a case means nothing if the judgment cannot be enforced. That is why our first question is not “can we win?”, but “what do you want to achieve, and how will you get it in practice?”
We work with individuals and companies from Haskovo and the region, and with clients in other cities and abroad on matters connected with Bulgaria, for example inheritance and property of Bulgarian citizens living abroad or of foreign owners of property in Bulgaria. We advise in Bulgarian and English.
Where to find us
Our office is in the centre of Haskovo, at 28 Preslav Str., 2nd floor, offices 12 and 13. We work Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 (Eastern European Time). Please call in advance to arrange a meeting, so that we can set aside enough time for your case. Meetings can also be held online.
