He graduated in law in 2010 from Southwestern University "Neofit Rilski" - Sofia. He graduated from the University of Sofia in 2010. In 2012 he was registered as a lawyer in the Bar Association - Haskovo. He has over 10 years of experience as a lawyer. At present he is a member of the Disciplinary Court of the Bar Association - Haskovo for a second term. Adv. Minev is a municipal councillor in the Municipal Council - Haskovo from 2015 to the present moment, and since 2019 he is the chairman of the legal committee - committee on public order and legality. He works in the field of Civil Law, Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Property Law, Administrative Law and Criminal Law, as well as in Environmental Law. He is fluent in written and spoken Bulgarian, English and French.
Outside of law, he is an entrepreneur in waste and recycling.

She works in the field of Bond Law, Property Law, Commercial Law, Family Law, Inheritance Law and Tax Law. He is fluent in written and spoken Bulgarian, English and Spanish.
Outside of law, she has had a sporting career in tennis, having been part of the Bulgarian National Tennis Team, a first category chair umpire with the Bulgarian Tennis Federation, and an international white badge chair umpire with ITF officiating. Mother of two children.
